How much does it cost to modify a car to make it drivable for someone with Cerberal Palsy?

My sister has CP and I was wondering how much it costs to add in hand controls for someone with CP? Are there additional modifications needed?

1. A custom shop should be able to make those conversions for under $1000 US. It's not difficult unless it's a standard transmission. Basically, all you are looking at is hand controls connected to cables that operate the break and gas peddles. Any race shop sells those combination push/pull control cables.
