1. iaai.com Its an insurance auto auction site and it does have a subscription. But you get awesome deals. Bought an 06 solara for 2000

3. Try looking in the newspaper. http://www.mycarauctionreview.com also has a couple of cheap car auction sites you can use if you don't have any luck with the newspaper.
