My car needs a new engine. How much should I sell it for?

I have a 2000 323i that has a cracked head gasket. I have been searching on-line to find an appropriate sale value but have had no luck. Anyone have any thoughts? I guess its a cracked head. It definitely needs a new engine.

1. Why sell it as is. You would get more if it was fixed or keep it when you get it repaired. A ten year old disabled car is not worth too much, and will have an extremely low resale value . Head gasket replacement is not a major major item.
2. Ya head gaskets are not are not a MAJOR problem. Unless u ment ur heads are cracked.
