How to destroy an car engine?

So my parents said once my car goes to shit they'll buy me a new one. My car is a 1991 and is almost done anyways. Currently there is a car for sale super cheap and 8 years older than mine. They agreed it was a great price and a good car. How would I destroy the engine to my car so that it won't work? Is there anyway that it couldn't be found out either? - thanks

  1. drain the motor oil out and leave it empty of motor oil ... then drive it around that way for a few days... tada ...
  2. plugs and wires and an oil change, thatll do it for sure.
  3. Replace the oil with water, start it 5 minutes later the motor will be toast, put old motor oil back in. Nobody will ever know.
  4. Grow up and buy yourself a car...then you can drive whatever you want. Your Mommy and Daddy don't need the added expense of a leach who kills a perfectly good car because it isn't "good enough."
  5. Sugar in the gas tank will gum up the engine
  6. mix a very small amount of fine sand ( a palm full should do it) in with the oil. BEWARE this could stop the engine very suddenly so dont do it if you have to continue driving it until it goes. alternatively empty the oil then run it until it seizes then put the oil back in. All could be dangerous it might be easier to drive, drive and drive some more to help it on its way.
  7. I agree with Dale B, but if you're bound and determined to blow it up, Shipto has the correct solution. Make sure you put the old oil back in, in case they check.. Shake the car around afterward, so that the chunks and shavings are mixed in with the oil. There was one suggestion of replacing the oil with water, and then putting the oil back in; this sems to be a waste of our natural resources.
  8. Simply put - your parents deserve better than to be burdened with a deceitful offspring bent on draining their bank accounts for it's selfish pleasures. My kids wanted nice cars too - guess what - they bought their own cars with money that they earned themselves.
