How many MPG does the 1990 Eagle Talon Tsi Awd get?

My car broke down, and a friend of ours has this car for sale with new engine and everything pretty much new (in Excellent condition)... How many MPG can this car get in the city/highway? PS - It is turbo and 5 speed, all wheel drive.

1. 18 city 23 highway 20 combined cycle These are the EPA ratings for the vehicle. You may experience different mileages pending your driving habits. If you are particularly concerned about fuel economy this car is not a terribly good choice; however, it is probably pretty fun to drive.
