do someone want to buy my car?

I bought a 1997 monte carlo in feb 09 i let someone fix something and now the car needs a new engine It looks good my so mad I loved this car I will even sale it to a junk yard but I paid 1500 and I am not look to get 100 dollars so please don't contact me if that's the deal im a single mom who has to take the bus to work and take my daughter to school and we both have to be there by 230 so who do you think is late to work ever day but anyway because i need money for buses and thing that amount I can't except

1. you did what? Im sorry, Ive read that like 5 times I still cant make out what you are asking If you want to sell the car, then sell it, don't just whine about how much your life sucks.
2. Spend a few bucks in the classifieds in you local paper and advertise the car on a "best offer" basis. No one in Yahoo Answers even knows where you are, so we can't buy it from you. If the car is nice, except the motor, someone might give you a few hundred for it. This is important: What you paid for it when it was running has nothing to do with what it is worth with a bad engine. Sell it to the first person that offers you money. Even if the offer is only $100. It is not likely any one will pay more. It is more likely that no one will even pay $100, unless the crushing weight at the salvage yard is more than that. Steel is up. You might get more. I am sorry for your situation.
3. If I were you.. I would find someone who knows something, and have them look at the car...the person telling you it needs a new engine, may be trying to rip you off.... option 2... if it really does need a new engine, see if you can find a friend that could change the engine for you. a salvage yard engine would be about 300.00, and you might find someone to put it in for another 200.00
