Can you tune and modify cars in Need for Speed Undercover like you could in the previous need for speed titles?

can you put body kits, add parts, modify, tune, etc. in need for speed undercover like you could in NFS Most Wanted, NFS Carbon, etc.? Or do you just purchase the cars and drive them as they are? I'm in the mood to play a tuner racing game so if you can't do that in undercover are there any others besides need for speed? those are the only ones I've ever played.

1. Yes, you can do all that on UnderCover. If you like modification so much, then get Need For Speed Underground 2. The mods on that game are awesome!
