Is there a free program where I can modify a car by picture????10pts?

I want to modify my Lancer But the picture only.. Like I want to be able to change it's color and change the interior & the body kit and add spoilers, change the lighter everything possible. If not then just change the outside. or something like that whatever program works best for me i'll give you the 10ptss!!!!! thanks

1. I use GIMP http://www.gimp.org/ However, you will need to know your way around the program (much like Photoshop) to edit what you want. I do not know of a program that will alter your car, the way you describe, at the touch of a button.
