I'm wanting to buy a 2002-2004 acura rsx with the k20 motors and increase its performance, modifying the engines and such, but I want to know what are the legal ways to increase it's performance and I want modify the body parts with a body kit. Also I want to tint the windows, but I heard if the window is too dark its illegal. I just want to increase the performance and looks of my cars legally, so what are the car modification laws in texas?
