What are car remodeling shows like Overhaulin' or Nascar Angels?

What are some car remodeling shows OTHER than Overhaulin' and Nascar Angels? Overhaulin' is done filming for the season, and the deadline is up for Nascar Angels. My dad is sick in the hospital with cancer and it's always been his dream to get his car remodeled by a show like those so I'm trying to find more like them. Please help, it's very important!

1. there was Pimp My Ride, but it got cancelled too. Nascar Angels is the only one I know of that might be still on the air, but they usually don't go all out like the other shows.
