- I say Honda Civic every time. They're 1.6. Does anything come smaller. http://images.google.ca/images?q=honda+civic+images&rlz=1I7DACA_en-GB&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7&redir_esc=&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=MCyqS-aSDJGCNMzB-MwB&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&ct=title&resnum=1&ved=0CBIQsAQwAA
- the ford ka's are good, cheap and easy to run, 1.3 engine i think and they should be easy to find if you wanting to buy one, can have colour coded bumpers and if you get the ford ka collection then its the modified updated one that has come straight out of a factory and not the wind up windows, actually electric but obviously depends if you like the look of them too, they're classed as more of a 'girls' car but i know lots of boys that drive them too
- If you want something good on gas, cheap to insure, and easy to modify (should you want to modify it) Hands down the easiest and cheapest car for al 3 is the Honda Civic. They are great on gas, usualy don't cost a whole lot to insure, and everybody and their brother makes aftermarket parts for them! That is what I would go for according to your description.
- Any car you buy that has a kit and tinted windows and slightly modified will be beat and you should stay away from it unless you like to work on cars. This type of car gets purchased by kids who want to try to make a tuner like the ones on Fast and Furious but generally lack the bank account or the skills to do it correctly and turn a perfectly good car into a loud and dangerous mess that usually takes a pile of money to fix. I would suggest that you look for a starter car that you can buy the accessories for and do it yourself because the best way to learn how to modify vehicles is to get in there and do it. You have to use common sense when you are modifying the car though so you don't end up making the car loud and dangerous instead of fast and furious. Hope I have been helpful.
