buying a car from craigslist located in canada..shipping free through DAS...scam???? help please!?

i found this 2004 mini cooper for 2,900$ the price is amazing!!!! the lady told me she's retired and the car belonged to her son who died in iraq last year so she has no use of the car. this was her message: I will explain you how the deal will be closed in good terms: The financial part of this deal will be managed by ebay in this way we will both be protected. They are acting like a third party in this deal. They will keep the payment until you receive the car, and have it tested for 5 days. ebay will send you the payment invoice. You will then have to send the payment like is stated in invoice, they will contact me if the payment is cleared to ship you the car. They will not release the payment to me until you'll receive the car and all the papers (notarized bill of sale signed by me), inspect it, and gave your approval for buying. Also, in case you do not like it or you are not 100% satisfied (though I can assure you that this won't be the case), they will refund you the payment amount. If you want to proceed I will need: Your full name, shipping address and phone number required by the Shipping company (They will call you with delivery/pickup instructions 1 day prior to arrival). is this scam??????? help please
