I car title loan and I am 30 day past ; but when I got it they didnt take spare keys nor have me sign title;?

Can they legally repo it w/o keys and signature on the title?

1. As far as know all they need is an order to repossess and with a wrecker it is "up,up and way"
2. They don't need keys to tow a car. If you don't want your car repo'd you'd better get on the phone with your finance agency and work something out with them and get caught up on your payments as fast as possible or you'll be walking everywhere.
3. Yeah they can take it. They don't need the keys or the title to do it. You need to pay those people or call them to make arrangements to pay!
