in a moment of desperation i got a car title loan?
the first payment is due today and i won't have it until friday...can they come and repo today?

- No, I don't think they'd do that. The best thing to do is just call the bank and ask to speak to someone in the loan department. Let them know that it will be Friday. Banks don't really want to have to resell your car, they just want you to make your payments. They'll understand.
- The problem with the other answer is you aren't dealing with a bank. You are dealing with a predatory lender. Yes they can come and get your car now if you are late. I don't know what to tell you. Your best bet is to call them and talk about it. Remember they are scum. They will want you to "refinance" for additional fees and interest. You probably don't have much choice. I'd hide the car if I were you(even if you have to find another way to work). Once you either lose your car or get out of this mess, DON'T EVER borrow from a predatory lender again.
- No they will not. You have a 10-day grace period for your payments, after that they are considered internally late, after 30-days they are reportable late.
