how long do i have before a car title loan repossesses my vehicle.?
i am like 2 months late the car is like 100 feet in private property what kind of rights do they have to come on my property

- Without a doubt they're looking for you even as you sit there reading this. Why wait. If you want to keep the car talk to the people and see if you can work something out. Most loan cos. and banks would rather have their money, even if it's a bit slow, than the car.
- Any time now,call the loan company and work out a new solution.Just don't do nothing about it,think about this,most companies anymore do some sort of background check & some of these have credit checks done as well,how would you like to possibly be close to the job of your dreams only to loose out to something like this?

- They could repossess your vehicle at any time. There is no set time as different lenders have different policies. Their lien on the title to your vehicle gives them the right to come onto your property and repossess your vehicle. They can repo it on your property, at your place of employment or anywhere you park your car. If you call your lender, you may be able to work out a payment agreement and avoid repossession.
