Where is the best place to refinance a car loan?

My current loan is through Toyota Financial. Should I go to them? Or do banks have cheaper rates? And I have seen a lot of .coms that offer car refinancing, is that safe? If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.

1. Best bet is to go to your own bank where you do business. Rates are usually more reasonable. Good luck.
2. Credit Unions are the best and most reasonable rates. You have obviously been good with your payments, so your score should be good. They offer the best rates and will treat you like a friend and not a number or a loan profit.
