Car expert only. Which one of these car engine is more powerfu?

You have two 99 civic sedans for sale, only difference is the engine. One has in a D15b sohc vtec, the other B18c dohc vtec engine, both manual. Which would cost more? How much of a difference would there be with the cost?

1. The b18c is more powerful its a vtec dual overhead cam & aftermarket upgrades are so easy to find for it n upgraded it the B will cost more then the D the cost diff it can from hundreds to mayb 1g I personally would go B18C
2. The b18c is the motor from an Acura Integra Gsr. This engine IMO is one of the best engines ever built by honda. The civic with the b18c engine should cost a few grand more than the other engine. Also if you get the civic with the b18c be expecting a bit less gas mileage compared to a civic motor. Most integra motors get less than 25 mpg. whereas civics can get up to 30 or more.
3. B18 is more powerful and should cost more.
