Does anyone know the name of a website that tells you what car to buy new or used?

A few years ago I entered my price, usage, seating, mpg ETC and it popped out tons of autos in my price range. I am shopping again and I can't remember it. I found myproductadvisor.com but that's just new autos out of my price range. Please don't tell me Edmund's, cars.com, auto trader, KKB, yahoo autos, or vehix.com, I have checked all of those.
