Are this the real prices?

I just went to Vehix.com and i found I new car for used car for $4,000.00 make model 2009. Is this the fixed price or monthly payment?

1. You have to be more specific as to make and model, but I doubt that is a monthly payment. That would be a very large monthly payment. It also would be quite low of a price for a 2009 car, unless it was very high mileage. Maybe it is a down payment, with a certain monthly payment after that. It is impossible to tell without more information.
