what form do i need to sell a used car in new jersey? Where can i get it for free?

Selling Car.Please help. I looked for the form and you have to pay for all the packages. dose nayone know where i can go to to get one for free?

1. Title. If u want to protect urself then fill out a bill of sale which can be downloaded off the internet. Just google it.
2. A clear title. Bill of sale is optional, but useful. Don't forget about the plates. Surrendering registration: sold, junked, or destroyed vehicles If your vehicle is sold, junked or destroyed and you don't intend to purchase another, you must turn in the registration and plates to MVC for cancellation. Follow the procedure for surrendering license plates at any MVC Agency or Regional Service Center.
