Getting a new title for a trailer in Nevada?

I bought an 18' car hauler in Florida last month. Florida does not have titles for trailers that weight less than 2,000 lbs. Now I get to Nevada and they require a title. The DMV is saying I can get a tag but cannot give me a title. Anybody know what I need to do. I have the Cert of Origin, bill of sale and my registration from Florida.

1. You have certificate of origin, bill of sale, I don't see why you would need your FL registration, you have the two things you need for a Nevada title, I have lived here for twenty years. Unless they don't understand and think that a FL title exists, which may be the case, that would cause them to not want to give you ANOTHER title.
