What is a really nice classic car that someone would be impressed to see, say a teacher, driving?

Writing a story, need to give a character an impressive classic car. Maybe an old camaro or mustang, a firebird or thunderbird? I just need to know the year and some specifics so that I can describe the car. Or you can just specify a car and I'll google it. =]
