When life changes completely?

What do you do when your life makes a 360 degree turn? Different house, different city, different country? Different everything! When I was 22 I couldn’t wait to get out of town, I couldn’t wait to get out of the house in which I grew up in and which I kept coming back to whenever things didn’t work out in my life. I never thought I would feel the way I am feeling now. Regret. And so much of it. Now that my parents are selling the house for a fortune and that they wouldn’t even spend a penny of it at least to buy another place in the same town, Are now moving out of Australia and helplessly even perhaps desperately selling everything every object. The only motivation I know from their decision is the fact that they want to retire in the Philippines and get an even bigger house. Now I don’t know what to do? What kind of insane idea would drive my folks completely out of a country that is cleaner, richer and better? So I still want to work in Australia in Queensland, but now I have to start all over again, my folks won't support me at all. I don't know how I'm going to save up for a house in the near future. I am 27 years old, and single so I don't know if it'll ever be possible. I have worked in china for over 2 years and got nothing out of it. People say that china is cheap, well think again, think about how unstable teaching career is. Now I don't have a car, I don't have any assets, I don't have a home to go back to in Oz I feel like I am going insane! Now I am not only Homesick and got nothing to come back to in Australia, but I got no money either. Is it too late for me?? Have i completely failed in life? cause that's how i feel right now. I feel like slitting my throat. The reason why i feel like i failed is because most of my friends my age are either married or have a stability be it owning a house and or living happily back in Oz. I just really wanna just go back home

1. It is tough when everything in your life changes so quickly. You are not a failure in life if you keep on living, learning and growing and give back to others in whatever way your heart leads you. The solution to your problems is to take stock of your life and make a plan. Really think about what you want out of life and you can achieve anything. Education is the best way to further not only your career but your motivation and future security. Your parents have a right to their retirement and you will have to stand on your own eventually - everyone does. Use this challenge to build yourself up and learn to stand on your own without your parent's direct support. Really look hard at the decisions that you made in the past when "things didn’t work out in your life".The great thing is that, even if you don't now realize it, you have a tremendous number of gifts within you that will allow you to overcome any obstacle. Finding your purpose in life is key to living a great life. We were put on this earth to learn and help others. All the possessions in the world don't mean a thing. Getting yourself mentally and spiritually right is your first goal - the rest will follow after that. The greatest things in life are gifts of the spirit, friends and family. While your family will be moving away, you can still call them and have their long distance support. Don't be envious of the money they have - they worked hard for it and it is theirs, not yours. It is time for you to discover what you need to do in life and work hard like they did. You can and will succeed in life if you are really honest with yourself and figure out your gifts and use them to help others. All the rest will fall into place. Learn and grow from your regrets and past mistakes and use them to build a stronger you today. Best of luck to you and your journey in life.
