My First Car advise, all three cars are modified in the enigine, body, and interior?

Chevy cavalier z24 /Pontiac Sunfire gt or Dodge Neon rt i know they arent the gretest cars, but its my choices. neon is loaded, leather, and sunroof, sunfire is a soft top convirtible, and the cavalier is the fastest, but the most expensive. is there any other cars i should consider? my price cap is 2000$ thankss

1. Avoid any vehicles with modifications to the engine or exhaust, unless your State does not have Emissions Inspections as they will fail...otherwise you are very limited due to the $$...look online but not craglist as there are too many ripoffs there
2. you dont say what year the cars are. the cavalier and sunfire are pretty much the same car.how many miles are on the cars? Personal choice is what i would go by. what had been modified? sorry, really need more info. If they all are around the same year and condition, the cav would be my own choice as i like the looks of them and cavaliers tend to be a pretty reliable car.
