You can also check out www.gumtree.com as well, and don't forget the back of the Max Power magazines etc. but these often have over-inflated prices. Lastly don't forget that if purchasing a modified car, declare any modifications to the insurers, if you have an accident or the vehicle is stolen then it could invalidate your policy if you haven't!
