Is It Bad to Buy a Used Car From Ohio?

I live in pa and was looking for a used car. I found one nearby in ohio, but i once heard you shouldnt buy used cars from ohio. Why is this? Is it even true?

2. what? in PA you will need to pass inspection, in ohio there is no inspection maybe thats why. i really dont know what the hell you are talking about.
3. I live in PA and I can't see anything wrong with it. Ohio puts their cars through safety checks before they sell them. It's their law.
