Should I use carmax to buy a used car or a local family owned car dealership? First time Buyerwith bad credit?

1. carmax cuz if u cant pay the payments anymore u can just take the car back but cars are cheaper at family owned dealership but offer shorter warrantys and carmax offers long warrantys thats a big difference betweeen the two but if you want cheap price i'd say a family owned dealer
