Can I buy or lease a car at 17 years old?

Have I enter a contract in terms of a finance agreement before the age of 18. I am working full time and would like to buy a car.

1. Talk to the Leasing Company. If you can get credit cards under the age of 18 then you should be able to get a loan or lease. The only thing i can see that would stop you is that you probably don't have any credit, so they may not approve you or if they do, the interest rate may be high
2. You have to be 18 to sign a contract.
3. You have to be 18 to enter into a legal binding contract.
