Car recommendation for a 20-year old saving to buy a car with cash?
I have a nissan x-terra and I love it, but it's high on the miles, and I need to buy another lower mileaged car in the next year or so. I need a car with better gas mileage though, but I get sick in low to the ground cars. I am looking into the cube by nissan, it seems like my kind of car. I've seen the kia soul also and it seems alright. Is there any other higher than normal cars 4-door good gas mileage cars that have a good manufacturer for lasting engines that anyone knows of? - 2010 Ford Fusion, it's a great car. If anyone tells you to buy a Honda or Toyota because Ford sucks. Don't listen and do some research, Ford has caught up to them!
- CUBE is the UGLIEST CAR I HAVE EVER SEEN! i wish u would of mentioned how much money u looking to spend. for 10grand i would go for a 04-06 ESCLADE or toyota 4runner (best out of 3 for gas) older range rover
- There is no way you can go wrong with a Honda, personally I prefer a Toyota regardless of what has been reported in the news, but in your case you should go with a Honda. They have great engines, and gas mileage.
- If your looking for something that is at a fair price and is also known for being reliable, look into Toyota. From what you described as what you want, you might look at a Toyota FJ Cruiser. Also check out a Ford Edge, I hear they are pretty decent vehicles.
- I own a 2009 Kia Soul. it came with CD/i-pod, air con, full Electric etc as standard. 5 year unlimited millage warranty and does almost 50MPG. its a 1.5 diesel so low on insurance and tax but has enough torque for motorway driving. as long as you don't mind it not being sporty then I would recommend it... and after bartering with dealers I got them down to £11,000. bargain!
- It should be 4-door, 4-cyls, not sporty. I would prefer Honda or Toyota... First time drivers usually have much more expensive car insurance, and it depends from car. You should compare insurance rates while choosing the car - for example here - carinsurance.yoll.net

- Subaru Tribeca, 4Runner, Acura MDX, Volvo XC-90.
