- Yes Cash is King Take care
- Yes although whether or not any of your assets are protected depends on how your property is owned. If you're talking about your house having liens, those liens are against the real estate. For a lien holder to actually get to the point of seizure and liquidation is usually more expensive than the debt they are owed. Long term your issues will be more with marketability of your house than actual seizure of assets. Pay off the debt or negotiate a workout with the lien holder so you don't have problems.
- Yes, they could, however, eventually come after the car too if they wanted to.
- Are you talking about an abandoned car on your property that has a lien? yes. but it's a lot of work... Can you buy a car if you owe liens on your property? yes the two aren't connected..
