whats a good cheap car to buy new and modify?
i was thinking about the new ford focus because their seems to be alot of parts and kits for it and its relatively cheap.. would this be a good car to get and modify?? If not what is the best car to get around the same price range if possible?

- Buying a New car and modifying it is incredibly stupid. You void the warranty. If you don't want the warranty, get a used car... You will save a ton of money which you can then use to modify the car. In that case i would suggest a Ford Focus SVT Or a used Subaru WRX STI. Use Acura RSX has a ton of parts, as does the Honda Civic. If you want a New car that you would be able to modify when your warranty is up, I would look at either a Genesis Coupe with the turbo... or the new Ford Focus RS.
- new
- a honda is a good choice too
- I would suggest the Scion tC. There are a plethora of after-market performance parts and accessories available straight from the factory that will not void your warranty. The tC should be in your price range if you're considering a Ford Focus.
