how much value goes away if you have to replace a body panels on an classic car?

ive purchased and restoring a 1963 galaxy 500 it in really good shape except a decade or so ago the owner started to remove the paint to get it repainted he only did about 3 panels and then he stoped and never repainted it . he kept it in a barn put those panels have been done completly in by rust other than that it's in really good shape. im gonna replace those panel from another of the same year how would this affect the value of the car.

1. It won't be worse than it is now. Restored classics have all kinds of replacements done. Be sure to use OEM parts. The damage is already done.
