Check Manheim Car Auctions they are the biggest car auctions company with more than 18 auctions centres in just UK. they are also in USA check http://www.Manheim.com and or http://www.Manheim.co.uk, depends on where you are from. Not sure if they do police auctions but it's worth checking with them. check their contact details, call and enquire
