HOW CAN I FIND THE BLUE BOOK VALUE OF MY 1979 EL CAMINO IN FORT SMITH AR?

My car has a dent in one side, the interior needs to be redone. The outside is scratched a little and it needs shocked. I want to know if I keep it, will the value go up? I got it when I was seventeen and I know nothing about classic cars or cars period.
