- You were notified. Its in the agreement you signed. Its in the multiple attempts to collect. They can legally repo you car according to the terms of the contract. Surely you dont think the repo man will call and make an appointment to come get it...?
- The title loan places usually attempt to collect before it goes to repo. When they give up, it goes to repo and the repo men get paid when they repo it. No lender wants your car. They want the money. If its gone to collections it could be snagged at any time. Indeed, any car can be repoed at 1 day late.
