Can someone under 18 buy a car if paid in full from a title loan company.?

Would an adult be required to sign with him?

4. Check the laws in your state. You may still be considered a minor and may not be able to enter into any contracts. Purchasing a vehicle is a contract and could be considered null and void. Hate to see ya get make a purchase only to lose both the vehicle AND your cash.
