Is progressive car insurance cheap?

I had State Farm but they terminated my insurace because of to many tickets, i herd Progressive was cheap, what do you think? I am 19 by the way

1. Too many tickets will not be cheap anywhere. You MUST go to traffic school when you get tickets to keep them off your DMV record. Try the high risk, "assigned risk plan". It may be cheaper. And, stop getting tickets, for your safety and others.
2. Just get a quote from insurers you get from yellow pages,. the internet, the TV, the radio. Simply don't go for the first price they quote you but spend a few days collecting data.
