Where can I find a list for medical utilization with regards to car accidents that insurance companies pay out?

I was looking for a list of costs for different treatments that car insurance companies pay out to claimants (personal lines).

1. You're not going to find that list, at least, not for free. This is part of the proprietary data that insurance companies use to create their rates - trade secret. They heavily guard that information.
2. There is no list because they will fully pay what they are liable for. Either by their admission or by the courts. They have no right to direct care if they are paying out to a third party, so they do not have a rate chart. They go off of reasonable and customary when you are talking about how much they would pay. That is a very common definition for health procedures.
