How much do you think car insurance will be...?

I've been to sites with free quotes but they always give me like 4.7k dollars a year with like 300$ monthly payments but my friends say insurance for them is like 1800. I am 18 male and drive a 4 door 2001 sedan I just started driving how much do you think it will be? I live in NJ
