I need a STRONG, NEW, CHEAP car (for about $10,000) that i can drive in Michigan?

I know that the big 3 are having troubles now, so they are giving discounts to new customers and low rates. What car is the best deal?

2. My sister has a ford focus 4 door with several options. I know my parents only paid a little over 12K for it. It runs great, looks good and is good on gas.
