New York car insurance, LoJack discount for Allstate?

Hi all, I currently have Allstate car insurance and I bought a new car with a LoJack installed. When I tried to get the discount, they only took off $7 per month on my policy.. Looking online, I discovered that New York state mandates that car insurance companies must give a discount for LoJack, but I'm not sure how much. The LoJack website isn't very clear on the subject, saying 25% for NY but I'm not sure if that means up to 25% or a mandated 25%... Anyone happen to know? 1. The discount, whatever it actually is percentage wise, probably applies only to the theft or comprehensive part of the premium, not to the entire premium; that's why it seems so paltry.
