Best Place to Buy a Used Car in New England?

I just passed my driver's test and now my parents and I are looking for a car for me. It needs to be used and most likely fairly cheap. We are specifically looking for a jeep but would look at other models if they fit our specifications. What websites or car dealerships would you recommend we look at? Any information would be appreciated!!
