  1. If you live somewhere that it doesn't snow a lot, find an 05 Srt-4 if you like performance.
  2. I would have went with a recertified used car over a new car if the price difference is noticable. 50,000 miles is alot, but I guess that's what you expect from a used car.
  3. i own a bmw 7401, it has 155,000 miles on it, and it and it is fully loaded......i got it luckily for 6k....about 1 year ago.....when i got it it had 130k miles....nothing has gone wrong, and its a good car....go with the bmw....they are built to last.
  4. breaking in the engine only requires 2-3k miles. depending on the year of your car should make a difference on how many miles and the worth of the vehicle. 12-15 per year. I dont see you getting a 2006-07 BMW for under 30k unless a z4 or 3 series with high miles. You will find that most newer "cheap" cars come with great packages. I bought my Mazda 6i fully loaded for 19k (factory rebates plus costco discount) New civic si comes with a really nice sound system, moonroof and rims for under 24k. ( go from there) I prefer new and trade rather than the other way around. Good luck
  5. today i saw a BMW 3215 low km . it was $ 13.500 .00 AUS navy colour, neat tidy trim .
  6. 50k is not many miles. Some cars have OVER 200,000 and are still running strong. Go to www.autotrader.com type in ur zip code and years you want and all and see what is available. Good luck and hope you enjoy the car!
  7. Mini and BM will be the same investment at this point and the Volvo that you could get for that price are just too new as far as the models go so not a great investment. VW has some sweet GTIs (the orange one is more than $18K- sorry) but don't forget about Subaru. All of your choices will maintain a return on your investment but try to buy private party. Think about it- you are a gadget person ( I can tell by your choice in cars) and other gadget people trade up quite often and will have taken good care of their cars, have the packages you will love and be less than a dealer would charge you. Good luck!
