Can you give me car reviews?

Can you please give me some advice. I have to buy a new car. Which ones are good in quality? I'm looking for affordable, $20000 to $40000, nice, and good mpg.

1. There are Car Reviews available on-line and several different magazines do reviews, there are a LOT of variables, like do you need to transport the entire football team in your vehicle or will you be driving alone most of the time, will you need a vehicle with lots of trunk space, or maybe something like a van with room for your dogs ... what? I could tell you to go buy a LEAF, or a VOLT or something like that, but if it doesn't fit what you need ... oh well....
2. I would go to this site with some cars you have in mind as it has reviews from owners and not sellers so you get some good reviews. http://www.carsurvey.org/
