When my baby is in his new car seat his head tilts sideways/forward, a lot! Does that reduce the safety?

I just bought the Evenflo 'Symphony 65' All-in-One Car Seat because was the seat with best high settings (tall baby 8 months, 76cm), the seat has really good reviews, but a couple of reviews w/ the same problem. The seat is properly installed. Can anybody tell me if this reduces his safety? *when he falls sleep. What kind of car seat did you use? (not infant seat)

1. My babies head did the same, the car seat was installed correctly, so I think that's normal. I bought my boy a support pad that went around the side of his head and that kept him from tilting sideways.
2. my daughters head always tilts forward when she's asleep as well.. Just like when I fall asleep in the car my head falls forward or to the side. He'll be fine
