Reading car reviews & am not sure what the phrases "won't turn on a dime" or "poor turning circle" mean?
Also, "poor turning radius"? I'm a new driver in this country & already have trouble doing turns correctly. Are those problems easily overcome?

- These phrases simply mean that the car won't turn sharply. It's not really an issue during everyday driving, but it could become annoying if you live in a city with lots of tight turns, when parking in a lot, or when trying to parallel park, as it's handy to have a car that turns sharply in those situations.
