Biggest new car dealership always sell below invoice?

I just heard it from people say that if I want to buy car below MSRP and even below invoice, go to the biggest and number one cars sold in north america. Reason: Largest dealer are rely on manufacturing bonus to make profit, they don't make money off from the each car they sell. So which those in usa? Texas? Ohio? Where if you know? And what location is that dealership?

1. Ricart in the Columbus Ohio area is like that. Try a web search for them. Many "Volume Dealers" rely on smaller profits from sales opting for that end-of-year manufacturers bonus, that I hear is about $300 per unit.
