will using a more powerful direct drive air compressor to an air horn make it louder?

im getting a new horn in my car that needs a direct drive compressor and have the option of buying one that puts out about 10 psi or one that puts out about 25 psi. will more psi make the horn louder, or will i not notice much of a difference.
