"FLIP" Classic and Antique cars like real estate for profit?
Can this be done? With financing on a classic/antique car? With any reasonable steady profit? Not restoration cars-but mint models? Buy one (financed) and then turn around and sell it for a profit? On a regular basis?

- If you could find buyers...I would bet you would lose your ass..
- You can if you know the market. For example, these days muscle cars are in, people are paying crazy money for corvettes, shelby, and mopars. I have to catch it and get out before in fab goes away and find the next fab. Good luck
- Doubtful. First of all, unless you know their values like the back of your hand you would have trouble buying them right. Next, financing them would be difficult if not impossible, not to mention the COST of financing. I imagine it could take a year or so to move one even at a small profit. And what if you paid too much ? What "value" do you bring to the transaction ? When I was a curbstone car dealer, I could buy cars at wholesale auction that individuals could not. I could sell cars cheaper than other dealers because I did not have the expenses associated with having a lot. That was my competitive advantage. Along with knowing car values from going to 2-3 auctions a week for years on end. What will your competitive advantage be ?
