Classic Car interiors ... and the cleaning of said interiors.?

I am the proud owner of a 1950 Plymouth Special Deluxe. It STILL RUNS! But sat for 58 years. I hit the interior with a green machine (with resolve stain remover) and used Automotive Febreeze. Didn't work. Still musty. Anyone got tips to SAFELY AND CAREFULLY remove must from a car this old in the first step to complete restoration? Thank you to Everybody in advance.

  1. When I have had an older restoration with original interiors and wanted to refresh it I used baking soda. Place 3 to 4 open boxes of baking soda around the interior of the car. Set the car in sunlight with all the windows open. After sundown close the windows for the night. Repeat daily until the odor is removed. Great little car to have and there cute.
